Dr. Yetunde Adeshile is the Founder and Managing Director of RJ Emmanuel (UK) and RJEmmanuel Project Management (Nigeria), and a Chartered Project Management Professional. She is a Fellow and former Trustee of the Association for Project Management (APM), where she championed the APM at 50 initiative and advanced diversity and inclusion within the profession.

She has successfully led multi-billion-pound projects across private, public, and nonprofit sectors internationally, showcasing her expertise in project delivery and leadership.

Dr. Yetunde is also the Founder and CEO of The Next Chosen Generation (UK), a youth-focused organization, and serves as Co-Chair of Basildon Side by Side (UK), a local community initiative. Additionally, she serves as a pastor at RCCG Ambassadors for Liberty in Essex. In civic leadership, she broke new ground as a former Councillor and the first Black female Deputy Mayor of Basildon, earning recognition as a trailblazing public servant and positive role model.

She is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, award-winning author of The Youth Evolution, and recipient of several honors, including the UK National Diversity Award. Dr. Yetunde is passionate about empowerment, skills development, and inspiring transformational leadership globally.
